Hunting Terms and Conditions South African Citizens
- While hunting you must at all times be accompanied by your guide.
- Hunting occurs from sunrise to sunset only. No hunting at night.
- The hunter must satisfy himself regarding the species, size and sex of the animal. The guide is only responsible to show you the animal, the decision to shoot remains the hunter's.
- The camp fee's are payable for the full period booked and for the number of persons booked for.
- Wounded game will be payable in full. The guide will, however do his best to assist in finding the animal.
- Grootpan Game Ranch cannot be held responsible for any illness, accident or injury nor any expense arising from such and incident.
- The undersigned hunter accepts the above rules and regulations as well as the attached price list and will personally stand surety for any monies outstanding on his/her account. By signature of the account the hunter accepts the prices and animals hunted and no disputes of any nature will be entertained afterwards. The hunter will also be liable for all costs on a client attorney basis should any legal action arise as well as interest on the outstanding amount at the maximum interest rate allowed by law. - Except if arranged with management, only cash will be accepted.
- On all wounded animals not found the hunter will pay the maximum trophy price
- On any shots the final decision whether it is mis or wounded will be taken by the PH/Landowner. His decision will be final
- If an observor at any stage shoots or hunts he or she will be charged as a hunter for the full duration of the safari
- Prices do not include PH or camp guide and staff gratuities
