DESCRIPTION The Blesbuck is an antelope with a distinctive white face and forehead. They have a brown neck and back which becomes darker towards the middle and back of the body. They have a typical white blaze on their muzzle and small dash of white between their horns. The Blesbuck is indigenous to South Africa and is found in large numbers all over the country. Both sexes carry horns with the female growing slightly more slender horns than the males.
Blesbuck are only found in South Africa.
Look for the length of the horn with thick bases.
